Solid Spaghetti Casserole

Oils/Butters

  • 6 Tbsp Salted Extra Creamy Butter (Other butters work too..)
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil

Fresh

  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Big-ass onion

Spices

  • 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning

Dry Goods

  • 2x 24oz Jars of your favorite Spaghetti Sauce
  • 10oz Angel Hair Pasta (Not quite the full box unless you want overflow)

Cold/Frozen

  • 6oz Plain Cream Cheese or Neufchâtel Cheese for the fancy folk
  • 12oz Light Sour Cream
  • 3 Cups Shredded Mozzerela

Proteins

  • Impossible beef

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F
  2. Boil some water for the noodles per package instructions (Al dente).
  3. While those noodles do their thing, chop up that big-ass onion real small. Like half the size of a cheerio, maybe full cheerio. Go ahead and chop up the Garlic, or get your garlic press ready.
  4. Once the noodles are done, drain them and throw them noodles back into the pot and add a jar of sauce, mix that B, and let it sit for a bit.
  5. Now lets put the Avacodo oil into the pan at medium heat, and cook the onion until they are browning, 10ish minutes.
  6. Once the onions have browned, add the garlic and stir in for about a minute.
  7. Now, create a circle with your veggies, add a splash of oil to the naked center of the pan, and drop that thawed impossible beef into the center. Add 1 TBSP of Italian Season and then cut it up so that it resembles what you think it should resemble. Whenever you feel like it's right, stir the veggies in with the impossible beef. Do this before your veggies start to burn, but also  give that faux-beef some time to cook. Continue to cook until there is no pink in the meat.
  8. Grab a small bowl, and add the Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, 1 Tbsp of Italian Season, and 2 Cups of Mozzerela. Grab a heavy-ass spoon and mix it up real good. Set it aside.
  9. Add 4 TBSP butter to bottom of a 9x16 Casserole Dish, 6-8 squares. Drop half the Noodles onto the butter and spread it evenly. Drop half the meatsauce onto the noodles, and spread it evenly. Now add the cream cheese mix over the meat and spread evenly.
  10. Add the rest of the noodles, then the meat sauce. The rest of the butter cut into 6-8 squares, and finally the rest of the mozzerela on top.
  11. Toss that B into the oven until the cheese looks right to you. 15-20ish minutes. I prefer it to be near burnt personally, but you do you on that front. Just know my way is better. ;)

Garnish with parsley if that's your thing, but don't buy a bundle of parsley just to garnish the meal you goob.

Add a footnote if this applies to your business
